RSV/hMPV Vaccine for Respiratory Syncytial Virus Immunization

The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a human metapneumovirus (hMPV) / respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) mRNA vaccine candidate encapsulated in a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) based formulation (hereafter referred to as hMPV/RSV vaccine) for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by hMPV and/or RSV among adults aged 60 years and older. Overall, the study is designed to address the following goals: * Assess the safety profile of the candidate formulations. * Describe the immunogenicity profile of the candidate formulations. * Select the vaccine formulations (dose) for future development. * Assess the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination of the selected formulation administered 12 months after the primary vaccination in a subset of the study population. The study duration is as follows: -Six months each for the Sentinel and Main Cohorts; up to 12 months for the Expansion Cohort, and 12 additional months for the Booster Cohort Treatment duration: * Stage 1 Sentinel Cohort: 1 intra-muscular (IM) injection. Participants will be followed for 6 months post vaccination * Stage 1 Main Cohort: 1 IM injection. Participants will be followed for 6 months post vaccination * Stage 2 Expansion Cohort: 1 IM injection. Participants in the selected formulation arm, and participants in the Licensed RSV vaccine arm will be followed for 12 months post-vaccination; the remainder of the participants will be followed for 8 months post-vaccination * Stage 2 Booster Cohort: 1 IM injection 12 months post-primary vaccination. DT2216 + Irinotecan for Cancer

This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects and best dose of DT2216 in combination with irinotecan and how well it works in treating children, adolescents and young adults with solid tumors and fibrolamellar cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). DT2216 is an anti-apoptotic protein B-cell lymphoma-extra large targeted protein degrader. It may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking Bcl-xL, a protein needed for tumor cell survival. Irinotecan is in a class of antineoplastic medications called topoisomerase I inhibitors. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and deoxyribonucleic acid repair and may kill tumor cells. Giving DT2216 in combination with irinotecan may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating children, adolescents and young adults with relapsed or refractory solid tumors or fibrolamellar cancer.

mRNA Vaccine for Acne

The purpose of the trial is to evaluate the safety, efficacy and immunogenicity of up to 3 intramuscular injections of the Acne mRNA vaccine candidate at up to three dose levels in adult participants aged 18 to 45 years with moderate to severe acne. This trial will consist of a Core Study followed by an optional Long-Term Extension (LTE). The Core Study will consist of a Sentinel Cohort A paired with a Main Cohort, evaluating the safety and efficacy of the 2-administration regimen and a Sentinel Cohort B, evaluating the safety of the 3- administration regimen. The Sentinel Cohorts will assess the safety of the dose levels and regimens in a stepwise manner. If the participants consent to the LTE, they will be followed up for an additional 30 months after the last planned visit in the Core Study, to assess the long-term effects of the vaccine.

The main questions it aims to answer are: * Parts A, B, and C: To determine the safety and tolerability of HMB-001 * Part A: To establish the dose level(s) and dosing interval(s) of HMB-001 to be investigated in Parts B and C * Parts B and C: To estimate the ability of HMB-001 to prevent the number and severity of bleeds Part A will assess differing singular doses of HMB-001 in small groups of participants. The dose administered to a newly enrolled participant (or groups of participants) may only increase if analysis of data from previous dosing shows it is safe to do so. The planned duration of participation in Part A is approximately 6 months, which consists of a Screening Period, an optional Run-in Observation Period, and a follow-up period of 8 weeks. Part B is similar to Part A as it involves testing different dose levels of HMB-001 in small groups of participants. However, in Part B, HMB-001 is given multiple times over a 3-month period, either weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. Part B consists of a Screening Period, a Run-in Observation Period, a 3-month Treatment Period, and a Safety Follow-up following the last dose of HMB-001. Part C is open to participants from Part B and consists of approximately a 9-month Treatment Period and a Safety Follow-up following the last dose of HMB-001.

Briquilimab for Chronic Hives

This trial will be performed as a three-part dose escalating clinical trial where Parts 1 is open label and Parts 2 and 3 are randomized, double-blinded, and placebo-controlled. The trial is intended to determine the safety and tolerability and assess the preliminary efficacy of briquilimab in adult participants with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), who remain symptomatic despite treatment with H1 antihistamines and omalizumab. Additionally, pharmacokinetic (PK) properties of briquilimab, and other pharmacodynamic (PD) parameters (such as effects on mast cells (MC), serum tryptase levels, and on allergic skin reactivity) will be investigated.

ABBV-383 for Amyloidosis

Immunoglobulin light chain (AL) amyloidosis is the most common form of systemic amyloidosis. AL amyloidosis has many root causes and is characterized by the overproduction of AL that are secreted by clonal bone marrow plasma cells. This is a study to determine adverse events and change in disease activity in adult participants with AL amyloidosis treated with ABBV-383. Etentamig (ABBV-383) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of AL amyloidosis. This study in broken into 2 parts (dose escalation and safety expansion) with 5 arms. During dose escalation (arms 1-3) participants will receive 1 of 3 doses of ABBV-383 to determine the part 2 doses. After completion of the dose escalation portion of the study, the safety expansion (part 2) portion of the study will begin. Two arms (arm 4-5) will begin and participants will receive 1 of 2 doses as determined during the dose escalation portion (part 1). Around 76 adult participants with relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis will be enrolled at approximately 20 sites across the world. Participants will receive Etentamig (ABBV-383) as an infusion into the vein for up to approximately 2 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and questionnaires.

This study started with substudy A (SSA) and substudy B (SSB) for which recruitment has been completed. A Substudy C (SSC) was planned, but the sponsor decided not to conduct it. This study will therefore continue with substudy D (SSD). In SSA and SSB, dosing started with an initial sentinel group, followed by the expansion cohort. This study was initially planned to investigate two vaccine candidates (the quadrivalent BNT166a and the trivalent BNT166c). The sponsor decided to not activate the groups with BNT166c.

Combination Therapy for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of two study medicines (maplirpacept \[PF-07901801\] and glofitamab) when given together for the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that is relapsed or is refractory. Relapsed means has returned after last treatment. Refractory means that it has not responded to last treatment. The two study medicines are given after a single dose of obinutuzumab which is the third study medicine. DLBCL is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). NHL is a cancer of the lymphatic system. It develops when the body makes abnormal B lymphocytes. These lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell that normally help to fight infections. This study is seeking adult participants who: * Have histologically confirmed diagnosis of DLBCL * Have received at least two first lines of treatment for NHL. * Are unable or unwilling to undergo a stem cell transplant or CAR-T cell therapy. Stem cell transplant is a procedure in which a patient receives healthy blood-forming cells to replace their own stem cells that have been destroyed by treatment. A CAR-T therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. Everyone in this study will receive all three medicines at the study site by intravenous (IV) infusion which is given directly into a vein. The two study medicines (maplirpacept \[PF-07901801\] and glofitamab) will be given in 21-day cycles. At Cycle 0, participants will receive a single dose of obinutuzumab pre-treatment followed by two step-up doses of glofitamab. The combination of maplirpacept (PF-07901801) with glofitamab full dose will be administered for the first time at Cycle 1 Day 1. Maplirpacept (PF-07901801) will be given weekly for the first three cycles and then every three weeks. Glofitamab will be given every 3 weeks for approximately 9 months. Thereafter participants will continue to receive maplirpacept alone. Maplirpacept (PF-07901801) will be given at different doses to different participants. Everyone taking part will receive the same fixed doses of glofitamab and obinutuzumab studied in patients with DLBCL. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving different doses of maplirpacept (PF-07901801). This will help to determine what dose is safe and effective when given with the other 2 study medicines.

Disulfiram for Retinal Degeneration
