This is a Phase I/IIA, open-label, multi-center trial to evaluate the safety, immunogenicity and preliminary clinical efficacy of INO-5401 + INO-9012 delivered by intramuscular (IM) injection followed by electroporation (EP), in combination with atezolizumab in participants with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic/recurrent Urothelial Carcinoma (UCa). Bicalutamide + Re-irradiation for Brain Cancer

NOX1416 for Diabetic Foot Ulcers

The goal of this multi-center, randomized, controlled, evaluator-blinded study is to assess and measure the safety and efficacy of NOX1416 as an adjunct to standard of care (SOC) in the treatment of chronic, non-healing, diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs). Subjects will be randomized to receive treatment with NOX1416 as an adjunct to Standard of Care (SOC) or SOC alone. The primary objective of the study is to demonstrate the safety and tolerability of NOX1416 as adjunct to SOC. The secondary objective of the study is to evaluate the clinical benefit of daily NOX1416, as an adjunct to SOC, in the treatment of chronic, non-healing diabetic foot ulcers. The study will use a centralized blinded assessor. The blinded assessor will be responsible for assessing the efficacy endpoints such as wound measurements and complete wound closure. The blinded assessor will not be involved in the clinical care of the subject.

Radioligand Therapy for Prostate Cancer

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the change in the expression of treatment targets on the surface of tumor cells (Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA), Somatostatin Receptor 2 (SSTR2), and Gastrin Releasing Peptide Receptor (GRPR) between the baseline and following targeted radioligand therapy (RLT). Study will use radioligand imaging (RLI) to determine predominantly expressed target on the surface of tumor cells. Based on predominant expression of target, corresponding RLT targeting PSMA, SSTR2, or GRPR RLT will be given for up to 6 cycles every 6 weeks as intravenous (i.v.) injection in participants with metastatic neuroendocrine prostate cancer (mNEPC). Study is planning to enroll approximately 20 participants in \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 treatment arm, approximately 3 participants in \[177Lu\]Lu-NeoB treatment arm, and approximately 13 participants in \[177Lu\]Lu-DOTA-TATE treatment arm.

Tamoxifen for Pancreatic Cysts

Pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) is a precursor to invasive pancreatic adenocarcinoma which occurs almost exclusively in females in their 5th-7th decade. Currently the only option for MCN treatment and prevention of invasive pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) is oncologic resection. The clinical features of pancreatic MCN support the influence of sex hormones in the pathogenesis of the disease. Anti-hormonal therapy may therefore constitute an effective approach to treatment. Preliminary analyses from preclinical studies suggest that tamoxifen inhibits the spread and normal life cycle in MCN epithelial cells and fibroblasts. Investigators hypothesize that in humans, treatment with tamoxifen will lead to cyst regression or stabilization and may spare or delay the need for resection. Up to 15 participants not undergoing immediate resection will be enrolled and take tamoxifen orally for up to 24 weeks. The study will assess the feasibility of tamoxifen as a treatment for pancreatic MCN.

Vumerity for Peripheral Artery Disease

Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is associated with elevated oxidative stress, and oxidative stress has been implicated as the cause of reduced endothelial reactivity in individuals with PAD. Endothelial function is important because the endothelium contributes to the dilation of arteries during exercise, thereby implicating impaired endothelial function as a mechanism contributing to exacerbated exercise-induced ischemia. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that acute exogenous diroximel fumarate (Vumerity) intake will improve antioxidant capacity, thereby reducing oxidative stress and improving vascular function and walking capacity in those with PAD. During this study, participants will be administered diroximel fumarate or a placebo, and the acute effects of diroximel fumarate on vascular function and walking capacity will be assessed. Vascular function and walking capacity will be assessed with flow-mediated dilation, arterial stiffness, head-up tilt test, blood biomarkers, near-infrared spectroscopy, and a treadmill test. There will be a follow-up visit to assess blood work after diroximel fumarate.

SGN-35C for Lymphoma

This clinical trial is studying lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the blood cells that fight infection. There are several types of lymphoma. This study will enroll people who have classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL), or diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This clinical trial uses a drug called PF-08046044/SGN-35C . The study drug is in testing and has not been approved for sale. This is the first time SGN -35C will be used in people. This study will test the safety of SGN-35C in participants with lymphoma. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out the best dose and dosing schedule for SGN-35C. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-35C is and if it works to treat select lymphomas.

Reverberation Impact on Spatial Hearing Development

The goal of the clinical trial study (Phase 0) is to map out the developmental trajectory of functional spatial hearing abilities in reverberant environments for children with normal hearing between the ages of 6 and 18 years, and to understand the inter-relationships between the three perceptual abilities: auditory object size formation, spatial acuity, and spatial unmasking during typical development. Children are asked to perform psychoacoustic tasks when the auditory stimuli are processed to present in virtual acoustic environments (1) with no reverberation and (2) with one of the two levels of reverberation that emulate everyday indoor environments. The intervention of this clinical study is in the random assignment of one of the two reverberant environments. Researchers will compare these children with a group of normal-hearing adults to anchor matured performances.

PCI-24781 + Temozolomide for Recurrent Brain Cancer

Glioblastoma (GBM), WHO grade IV glioma, represents the majority of adult malignant primary brain tumors, with an incidence of 2-3 per 100,000 person-years. The survival for GBM has increased in the last decade but is still low with a median survival of 15-18 months. Recurrence after initial standard therapy, radiation therapy and chemotherapy with temozolomide, few options are available. Even with further therapy, median progression free survival at 6 months after first relapse (PFS-6) is only 15%. Similarly, anaplastic astrocytoma and anaplastic oligodendroglioma, grade III gliomas, once recurrent after radiation therapy and first-line chemotherapy, have identical therapeutic options and poor outcomes with PFS-6 of 31%. Temozolomide (TMZ) has a favorable side effect profile and is available orally, however, cytotoxicity occurs. Metronomic temozolomide at low doses on a continuous schedule, have demonstrated better survival in studies. This study will determine the recommended dose and the side effects of PCI-24781/Abexinostat with metronomic temozolomide.

New Pneumococcal Vaccine for Pneumonia

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and tolerability of a pneumococcal vaccine in adults. Participants will receive either: * an experimental PG4 vaccine * a PG4 vaccine comparator * a standard 20vPnC vaccine comparator * placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the study medicine. Participants will take part in this study for up to 18 months depending on which group they are assigned to.
