This randomized phase II/III trial studies docetaxel, antiandrogen therapy, and radiation therapy to see how well it works compared with antiandrogen therapy and radiation therapy alone in treating patients with prostate cancer that has been removed by surgery. Androgen can cause the growth of prostate cells. Antihormone therapy may lessen the amount of androgen made by the body. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as docetaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving antiandrogen therapy and radiation therapy with or without docetaxel after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells.

Immunotherapy + Targeted Therapy for Melanoma

This phase III trial studies how well initial treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab followed by dabrafenib and trametinib works and compares it to initial treatment with dabrafenib and trametinib followed by ipilimumab and nivolumab in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that contains a mutation known as BRAFV600 and cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Dabrafenib and trametinib may block tumor growth by targeting the BRAFV600 gene. Crizotinib for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Crizotinib may be an effective treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and an ALK fusion mutation.

This is a multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel, Phase 3 study for treatment of participants aged 12 years and older diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD).
The main objective of this study is to evaluate if those participants who received amlitelimab dose 1 in the parent studies (EFC17559 \[COAST-1\], EFC17560 \[COAST 2\], EFC17561 \[SHORE\]) and were responders can maintain their response either remaining at dose 1 or switching to dose 2 of amlitelimab compared to treatment withdrawal.

Baxdrostat + Dapagliflozin for Chronic Kidney Disease

The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of baxdrostat/dapagliflozin in participants ≥ 18 years of age with CKD and HTN.
This study consists of a screening, a 4-week dapagliflozin run-in period for participants naïve to SGLT2i at baseline; a 24-month double-blind period in which participants will receive either baxdrostat/dapagliflozin or dapagliflozin; and a 6-week open-label period in which all participants will discontinue baxdrostat/placebo and receive dapagliflozin alone.
Site visits will take place at 2-, 4-, 8-, and 16- weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months, until the 24-month visit at which time baxdrostat/placebo will be discontinued. Participants will continue open-label dapagliflozin for another 6-weeks (approximately), where reassessment of GFR will occur for the primary efficacy endpoint.
In the event of premature discontinuation of blinded study intervention, participants will continue in the study and receive open-label dapagliflozin monotherapy, unless the participant meets dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria, in which case all study interventions will be discontinued.

Imlunestrant for Early Breast Cancer

This trial is testing a new medication called imlunestrant to see if it works better than standard hormone treatments for certain breast cancer patients. The study focuses on patients with early-stage breast cancer that is estrogen receptor positive and HER2 negative, who have already been on hormone therapy for a period of time and are at high risk of their cancer returning. Imlunestrant works by blocking estrogen from helping cancer cells grow.
