This trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of pomalidomide (POM) and low-dose dexamethasone (LD-Dex) (Cohort A) or the combination of pomalidomide (POM) , daratumumab (DARA) and low-dose dexamethasone (LD-Dex) (Cohort B) in subjects with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received a first or second line treatment of lenalidomide-based therapy. This trial will test the hypothesis for Cohort A that the proportion of patients will have an Overall Response Rate (ORR) of \> 30 % to reveal that Pomalidomide is efficacious in pretreated patients who are refractory to lenalidomide. This trial will test the hypothesis for Cohort B that the proportion of patients will have an Overall Response Rate (ORR) of \> 70 % to reveal that POM+DARA+LD-Dex is efficacious in pretreated patients who are refractory to lenalidomide. This trial will test the hypothesis for Cohort C that the proportion of patients will have an Overall Response Rate (ORR) of \>60% to reveal that POM+DARA+LD-Dex is efficacious in pretreated patients who are refractory to lenalidomide. This treatment will be in only Japanese patients.

Vitiligo is a long-term autoimmune condition that causes the skin to lose its color. The body's germ-fighting system (immune system) mistakenly attacks the skin cells (melanocytes) which produce the pigment that gives the skin color (melanin). This leads to the formation of patches of skin with less or no pigment (depigmentation). These patches can occur anywhere on the body. In the nonsegmental form of vitiligo, similar patches occur on both sides of the body (symmetrical patches). The main aim of this study is to learn how safe zasocitinib is, how well it works and how well it is tolerated by adults with nonsegmental vitiligo. The participants will receive the study treatment (either zasocitinib or placebo) for up to 1 year (52 weeks). The placebo looks like the zasocitinib capsule but does not have any medicine in it. Participants who receive placebo at the beginning will change to zasocitinib after about 6 months. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic 11 times.

This study is open to adults aged 50 years and older with geographic atrophy that was diagnosed by imaging of the retina. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1584862 improves the eyes in people with geographic atrophy and to find the most suitable dose. This study has 4 treatment groups. Participants are put into groups randomly, which means by chance. Initially participants can join a BI 1584862 and a placebo group; then more participants are put randomly in 2 additional BI 1584862 groups and a placebo group. Participants are in the study for 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site 13 times. At the visits, doctors check the severity of participants' eye disease and collect information on any health problems. They take detailed pictures of the back of the eye, the retina, with imaging methods called fundus autofluorescence (FAF), near-infrared reflectance (NIR), and optical coherence tomography (OCT). They measure areas of the retina that appear healthy (bright) or start to waste away (dark, atrophy). The changes over time are then compared between the treatment groups.

This study will evaluate the reactogenicity, safety, and immune response of Flu Seasonal/SARS-CoV-2 mRNA (mRNA Flu/COVID-19) combination vaccine. The purpose of this clinical study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called disitamab vedotin) for the possible treatment of people with breast cancer that is hard to treat and has spread in the body (advanced cancer). This study is seeking participants who: * have breast cancer that is hard to treat and has spread in the body (advanced cancer) * have tumors that have HER2 on them * have received previous treatment for their advanced breast cancer All participants in this study will receive disitamab vedotin at the study clinic once every 2 weeks as an intravenous (IV) infusion (given directly into a vein). Participants will take the study medicine until they or their doctor decides to stop. This might be because their cancer is getting worse, the study medicine is no longer helping, they have bad side effects, or they wish to stop taking the study medicine. During this time, the participants will have study visits every 2 weeks. After the participants have stopped taking the study medicine, they will have follow-up visits about every 6 weeks unless their cancer gets worse. After that, they will have follow-up phone calls about every 12 weeks. The study team will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help the study team decide if the study medicine is safe and effective.
