Wharton's Jelly Injections for Knee Osteoarthritis

This is a Pilot Study which is randomized, prospective, open label, dose escalation, non-controlled evaluating safety and feasibility of intra-articular Wharton's Jelly (WJ) allograft will be evaluated in patients suffering with knee osteoarthritis.
