      This study is open to adults aged 18 or above legal age with heart failure. People can join the study if they have heart failure symptoms and a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 40% or more. The purpose of this study is to find out whether vicadrostat (BI 690517) in combination with empagliflozin helps people with heart failure. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. The groups are: * Vicadrostat/empagliflozin group: participants take vicadrostat/empagliflozin as tablets once a day. * Placebo/empagliflozin group: participants take placebo/empagliflozin as tablets once a day. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. During this time, they visit their doctors regularly. The doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The study staff may also contact the participants by phone. Participants also regularly answer questions about their well-being. The study does not have a fixed duration. It continues until there is enough data to see if the treatment is working.

      Ianalumab for Sjogren's Syndrome

      The purpose of this study is to measure the long-term safety and tolerability of ianalumab in participants with Sjogrens syndrome who have previously completed treatment from one of two NEPTUNUS 1 year core studies (CVAY736A2301 \[NCT05350072\] or CVAY736A2302 \[NCT05349214\]). * The study treatment is ianalumab 300 mg in a 2 mL pre-filled syringe (PFS) or in a 2 mL autoinjector (AI) for injection. All participants will receive ianalumab either monthly or every 3 months. * The treatment duration will be 3 years with an additional up to 2-year safety follow-up. The total duration of this extension study will be up to 5 years. * The visit frequency will be monthly during both the treatment period and mandatory follow-up, and then less frequently during the subsequent conditional follow-up. Treatment of interest: The randomized treatment (ianalumab) will be received monthly or every 3 months. Participants assigned to treatment every 3 months will receive placebo every month between the ianalumab doses to maintain blinding. Number of Participants: Approximately 600 participants from the NEPTUNUS core studies will be rolled over into the extension study. Treatment Groups:There will be no screening period in this trial. From Week 48 of the NEPTUNUS core study, participants will be given the opportunity to consent to this extension study. From Week 52 of the NEPTUNUS core studies (i.e., Day 1 in the extension study), eligible participants will be assigned to either one of the treatment regimens: * ianalumab 300 mg monthly or * ianalumab 300 mg once every 3 months Participants receiving placebo in either of the NEPTUNUS core studies will be randomized 1:1 to receive ianalumab 300 mg monthly or every 3 months starting from Week 60 and participants receiving ianalumab in either of the NEPTUNUS core studies will continue the same treatment in the extension study. Ianalumab will be given as a subcutaneous injection from a 2 mL pre-filled syringe or a 2 mL autoinjector.       Mezagitamab for Berger's Disease

      Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is a kidney condition. It happens when the body's immune system creates groups of proteins (called immune complexes) that build-up in the kidneys causing swelling (inflammation). Over time, this inflammation may lead to kidney damage and cause the kidneys to no longer work properly. The main aim of this study is to check how well mezagitamab changes protein levels in the urine (proteinuria) compared to placebo in adults with primary IgAN. A placebo looks like medicine but doesn't have any active ingredients in it. Other aims are to check how safe mezagitamab is and how well participants with primary IgAN can tolerate it compared to placebo, and to find out if and how well mezagitamab continues to maintain kidney function over the long term compared to placebo. Participants will be placed in 1 of the 2 treatment groups; the main group and the open-label group. In the main group, participants will be placed in 1 of the 2 treatment groups by chance (either mezagitamab or placebo) at a 2:1 ratio. This means that out of 3 participants, 2 will receive mezagitamab and 1 will receive placebo. The participants will receive either mezagitamab or placebo for almost half a year in two 1-year cycles. They will be observed for another half year in each 1-year cycle and will have check-ups about every month during this time. In the open-label group, a small number of participants who have lower levels of protein in their urine or have kidneys that do not filter the blood well, will receive mezagitamab treatment. This will include participants who have previously received mezagitamab in another study, TAK-079-1006. Every participant will receive mezagitamab in the same way as those in the main group receiving mezagitamab. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times.

      Felzartamab for IgA Nephropathy

      In this study, researchers will learn more about the use of felzartamab in participants with immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN). This study will focus on participants who have protein in their urine (proteinuria) as a result of damaged kidneys. The main goal of the study is to learn about the effect felzartamab has on proteinuria. The main question that researchers want to answer is: • How much does the amount of protein in the urine change from the start of the study to Week 36? Researchers will learn about the effect felzartamab has on the kidneys' ability to filter blood. They will also learn more about the safety of felzartamab and how it is processed by the body. The study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * Participants will be randomized to receive either felzartamab or a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know what the participants will receive. * Participants will receive felzartamab or placebo as intravenous (IV) infusions. The treatment period will last 24 weeks. * Afterwards, participants will enter a follow-up period which will last 80 weeks. * In total, participants will have 17 study visits. Participants will stay in the study for about 2 years.

      Risankizumab for Ulcerative Colitis

      Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a type of inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation and bleeding from the lining of the rectum and colon (large intestine).This study will evaluate how safe and effective risankizumab is compared to vedolizumab in treating adult participants with moderate to severe UC who are naive to targeted therapies (TaTs). Risankizumab and vedolizumab are approved medications for moderate to severe UC in multiple countries. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive open label risankizumab or vedolizumab. Approximately 530 adult participants with moderate to severe UC who are naïve to targeted therapies (TaTs) will be enrolled at 285 sites worldwide. For participants randomized to risankizumab, drug will be administered intravenous(IV) during the induction period followed by subcutaneous injection during the maintenance period. Participants randomized to vedolizumab will receive drug IV throughout the study. The duration of the study is approximately 69 weeks for participants randomized to risankizumab and 71 weeks for participants randomized to vedolizumab. This includes up to a 35-day screening period followed by a treatment period of 44 weeks for risankizumab and 46 weeks for vedolizumab. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular outpatient visits during the study. The effect and safety of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, evaluation of side effects and completing questionnaires.

      This study is a Phase 3, randomized, modified double-blind study which aims to measure whether PCV21 vaccine (investigational pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) is safe and can help the body to develop germ-fighting agents called "antibodies" (immunogenicity) compared with 20-valent pneumococcal vaccine (Prevnar 20, licensed pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) when they are administered with routine pediatric vaccines in infants aged from approximately 2 months (42 to 89 days). The study vaccines (either PCV21 or 20-valent pneumococcal vaccines) will be administered at approximately 2, 4, 6 and 12 to 15 months of age.
